Passport Seva Project (PSP) was a high impact e-Governance initiative under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of Government of India. It was the 2nd Mission Mode Project (MMP) under NeGP and one of the largest e-Governance projects in the world, amounting to more than Rs. 1000 crores. It has been undertaken by CPV Division, MEA and was implemented as a PPP Project with TCS. Many organizations like DIT, MHA, Indiapost, Police etc. are stakeholders in it. NISG, NPC, STQC, PwC etc. are involved in it as consultants/stakeholders.
